SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering expert services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it's alarmed regarding the substantial variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a large range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office committed to service the area each day. The company point made for intervention activities a large inflow of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it challenging click here with the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more methods to empower the servicing of all prospects and maximize usage of Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
